Impossible de réduire le bruit via IA

Bonjour,

Après des années d'utilisation de Lightroom, je constate soudainement que l'option de réduction de bruit via IA couvre mes photos de pixels verts. J'ai désintallé l'application et l'ai réinstallé, même problème. En revanche, ma collègue qui est sur son propre ordinateur avec la même session Lightroom et à partir de la même photo, y parvient très bien. Avez vous des solutions ?
