In what order are Parameters/Presets, Profiles and Calibration applied?

I assume all the parameters like White Balance, Basic Tone, Tone Curve, ... and anything saved inside presets are applied to the image first, and then the profile is applied. But what about the calibration settings? Are those applied after the profile or beforehand?
