Incomplete import

I have a folder with 6613 images.

When I import by adding it to my catalog only abot 6000 get imported. Only two of the files are shown on the list of those it couldn't import and I can do without those. How can I get it to import the other 600?

I am running Mac Catalina 10.15.7, LR Classic 10.1.1
