Incomplete Snyc of photos between Le Classic and Lr CC

I have made a collection in Lr Classic with 283 photos in a user defined order, but only 242 of these photos show up in Lr CC, Web and mobile Apps. And the order of photos is different in the cloud?

Any idea what has happened?

I use Lr Classic 9.1 and Lr CC 3.1
