Info & rating option

I am having trouble finding the rating and info option? You know where you open an edited image to see what settings you used, ISO, F stop and Shutter speed, where did that go?  It was there the other day but not now? IN the screen shot attached you can see there is no rating and info option below view options.

Frustrating to say the least, one day there, next day gone?
