Ingest presets in CC

When I import photos in Lightroom classic I have a bunch of presets that happen on import. Also I add in keywords. Can you do this with cc mobile if I’m uploading from iPhone or iPad?

also is there a way to copy a preset edit and apply to multiple photos not just one at a time on cc?
