Install the missing profile

I am shooting with the Sony A7RIII. I just recently started getting an error saying the faithful profile is missing. I'm not using a faithful profile and when I search the existing Sony profiles, there aren't any. Any ideas are welcome. I'm using the most recent version of Lightroom on Windows 11.
