Just installed Lightroom on Galaxy S23 Ultra (from play store) Click on "sign in with Adobe" and instantly fails

"An error occured while authenticating. The SSL certificate authority is not trusted".

Looks like I am missing a root certificate for some reason. How do I fix this?

Hey, @Iain Malcolm. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll help you figure this out. I've reviewed the account you've used for community, but I couldn't find an active subscription.

Before troubleshooting, ensure Lightroom is updated to the latest version via the Google Play, or Samsung Galaxy Store.

You have an active subscription, log on to Lightroom Web (https://adobe.ly/3TKo7Fl) in a desktop browser & check for all the images that have synced & uploaded to the cloud. Once you're sure everything is backed up to the cloud, uninstall Lightroom & install Lightroom from the Samsung Galaxy Store.

Let me know how it goes.

Thanks!

I have an active photography plan subscription. I have checked I have some photos in the cloud, and I have uninstalled and installed lightroom from the Samsung galaxy store as you said. Still get "An error occured while authenticating. The SSL certificate authority is not trusted". when trying to sign in with Adobe.
