Hello does anyone know if you can post to instragram via lightroom.  I understand instragram changed some of their protocols not allowing plug ins but wondering if anyone knows if this was fixed.

Nothing for Instagram to fix - it was a deliberate change. As you are posting in the Cloud-based Lightroom forum, do you know that you can send photos to Instagram from Lightroom Mobile?

Thankyou for your response. I have since found the resize measurements I
will export them with these then upload to instragram. Thanks again for
your help.

I don't think you can, anymore. I like to go from Spark to Instagram and you can bring in your images from LR to Spark.
