Interface slow to react on click

Question

Recently, whenever I use Lightroom, any panels/dropdown menus/etc won't appear after I click on them, unless I move my mouse down to my taskbar, then they suddenly appear.
 
I tried updating everything, Lightroom, Windows, etc, but that didn't fix anything. This doesn't happen in any other apps I use.
 
I'm using Lightroom 6.1 on Windows 10 Pro

Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll need more info to help you figure this out.

Share the system info of Lightroom from Help > System info > Copy & paste into a text document or paste here.

Try to pause the sync while you are working in Lightroom from the top right side by clicking on the Cloud icon & then, by the end of the session, enable syncing & let Lightroom finish up.

You can also go to Edit > Preferences > Performance > Use Graphics Processor > Set it to Off if it is on Custom or Auto.
