"Invisble" infrared Intruder on video

My security cameras have been fooled by a technique where infrared light is bathed towards the camera. 

As a result, the intruder is masked behind a halo effect. He has and most likely will use the same modus operandi. 

Is it possible to diminish or eliminate the halo to reveal the body behind it?

Please help.
