Solved.    I too had this exact issue.    I cured it yesterday.     Opened an image on desktop, added a subject mask.     Next opened the same synced image on mobile, copied the edit settings and pasted to another image.

The AI downloaded, skipping the box that had been hanging  up.   Now select subject and sky work perfectly in mobile.   ✌️✌️

Hi @Sudarsan samad

I’m sorry you’re running into this issue. To help you better, could you please share a few more details?

  • When exactly does the error occur, during launch, or while using a specific tool or feature?
  • What operating system and Photoshop version are you using?
  • When did this start happening?
  • Is the issue limited to a particular file, or does it happen with all files?

We’re here to support you and will do our best to get this resolved quickly.

Regards,

Srishti

I had the same problem. Installing Adobe Camera Raw 16.1 solved it.

Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out. We are sorry for the trouble with Lightroom. We are here to help!

Could you please confirm if this error shows up on any specific images, or do all images behave similarly? Have you recently added any significant amount of photos to Lightroom?

If this is happening with any specific images, they could be sync issues. Please log on to Lightroom Web (https://lightroom.adobe.com) to check current Sync issues on the left part of the screen.

If there are any sync issues, click on them to know more, find the original for those images, and back them up safely before you empty the Sync issues from Lightroom Web.

Previously, similar nature of issues has been reported with Android devices specifically.

Please check this thread for more suggestions, and please upvote.

Please let us know if this helps.

Hi dear Support team,

Thanks for replying,

But the problems persist, this happened with all images loaded into LR Mobile, I’m unable to use the mask select subject and select sky.
I’m any image once I go to mask section a blue dot appears on select sky and select subject because until now I’m unable to download the feature eventhough I’m paying for it (I’m a premium User)
I’m using IPhone 12Promax iOS 15.2 and Lightroom Mobile 7.2.0

I tried reviewing the sync from the link below but nothing works.

Ps: as I mentioned before I tried uninstalling and installing the apps, logout logged in and nothing the same problem. And I know that internet connection is not the problem because I’m able to download the apps what I can’t download is that one time download for select subject and select sky

Hope you can help.
