(iOS) Lightroom for Mobile Premium not working

I purchased the £4.99 monthly payment for Lightroom premium on my iPhone, payment was taken but it says there was an error and the premium features aren't working.

Hey, @Katie-Lou309749846ntg. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll help you figure this out.

I've checked the account you're signed in to the community with & you have a subscription from the iOS App Store.

 

The plan is less than 24 hours old & your post is older, so I think the order might have taken some time to process, and now it finally did. If it is not yet working, the respective app store manages subscriptions from the mobile app store. You can contact their support channels if you've been charged already & it's still now working.
