iOS Lightroom Local Storage at 20GB with 0 photos

I noticed that Lightroom was taking up about 40GB of storage on my iPhone with the photos stored in the app. I only need them on my phone for short periods so I deleted all photos, albums, and permanently deleted the deleted. That got me down to about 20GB. Any way to get the app to clean up this space without uninstalling. (Last time I uninstalled I lost presets.)
