(iOS) Lightroom Mobile subscription not working

Hello, my subscription is not working in the Lightroom app on my iphone. It says that subscriptions are suspended in my country. I am from Georgia. How can I get a subscription?

I've checked the account you're signed in to the community with, but I could not find anything related to your account.
