Why does my Lightroom app even after clearing cache taking up over 35 gbs of storage when it's supposed to be cloud based?

Have all the photos finished syncing to the Cloud?

Unless you have Albums stored locally that could cause the issue, standard practice is to the app and reinstall of syncing is complete.

Dod uou clear cache via the settings menu by the way, or via an Album.

Yes all of that was done. I've been a long time user of Lightroom Cloud version. Only solution is to keep deleting it and re-installing
