iPhone camera roll photos not imported automatically into LR mobile

LR mobile has stopped auto importing photos from my camera roll. I've found this thread, tried setting "auto add" to one of my albums, checked in iOS settings that LR had read/write permissions on Photos. I've restarted my phone. I haven't removed and reinstalled the Lightroom app, should I try that? I upgraded to iOS 13 recently and the imports stopped around that time. I have an iPhone 6S.

What should I try?
