iPhone to MacBook subscription error

Does anyone else have a problem with having to purchase TWO separate Lightroom subscriptions???

I have been paying for Lightroom mobile for over a year now, just recently bought a MacBook Air, logged into my existing account through the [MacBook] app, and it's making me pay for a completely separate subscription?? Even though I used the same log in??

Should I cancel the IPhone subscription if I'm having to pay for the MacBook subscription?
it's also a huge price difference in the two....

The iPhone subscription only covers mobile devices and includes 100GB of cloud storage.

Assuming you just want to use the cloud based Lightroom Desktop (and not the disc based Lightroom Classic) the you would need the Lightroom Plan to use Lightroom on the Mac, this includes mobile devices also and 1TB of cloud storage.

It's normally about double the price of the mobile plan but does offer better value.

And yes, you can cancel the mobile plan if you sign up.
