Question

Is it normal that I can use presets and save images for free, even though it’s a subscriber-only feature?

There is bug in the lightroom mobile application, where users can freely edit the premium presets and need not take the subscription. This is for both ios and android.

You just have to perform one step after editing the pictures and in less than 1 sec your premium subscription based presets are applied freely for your images

    Hey @AnielArkala

I've moved your post from bugs to question until we can gather more details about this issue. Can you share what version of Lightroom you're using on both Android/iOS?

    Hi @AnielArkala,

Thanks for following up. If premium presets and export functionality can be consistently accessed without an active subscription, that is not expected behavior.

Since you mentioned you’re still able to reproduce it on the latest iOS, Android, and Lightroom versions, I’d like to get this properly documented and escalated internally.

Could you please share the following via DM if possible:

    • Exact Lightroom Mobile version(s) tested
    • Device model(s) and OS version(s)
    • A short screen recording showing the workflow

Once I have the reproduction details, I’ll forward this to the appropriate team for investigation.

    Best,
