Is it possible to apply "Color Noise Reduction" to masked areas of a photo?

When I edit within the area of a mask, the "color noise reduction" option goes away, and I only see the regular noise reduction option. Is it possible to apply color noise reduction to only certain areas of a photo without applying it to the entire image?

I notice the color noise reduction is missing whether I'm editing a raw file (.CR2) or JPEG. This is on a MacBook Pro 14" using Lightroom Cloud.

No, color noise reduction is only available in the global edit tools, not in the Masking tools. It's the same throughout the Lightroom ecosystem as well as Lightroom Classic.
