Is it possible to create a panorama in lightroom web app?

I'm working in the Lightroom Web application.  I've been searching but cannot find a way to duplicate the HDR/Panorama function that is in Lightroom Classic.  Am I missing something?

To be clear: are you using Lightroom in a web browser or are you referring to the cloud-based Lightroom Desktop application (current version 8.0)?
