Is The Lightroom Classic is using Quicksync from the Intel?

Im just in front of buying a Laptop, for Lightroom Classic and a few other photography software.

If it using Quicksync - a feature in Intel CPU-s - then I shall go for Intel, If not then I shall go for AMD.

I tried contacting Adobe, but it is a mission impossible. 😞

Do anyone know the Answer?
