Is there a way to find my Lightroom presets from a older account?

Hey!

I was wondering if there's a way to find presets from an older Adobe CC account when the subscription has expired? Seems like they got removed from my PC.

Presets are not related to a specific Adobe account. They are simply text files on your PC. You ought to search for them using the search feature in Windows Explorer.

Well, they aren't available inside Lightroom or in the folder where presets are located.. how come they are gone after I logged into another account?

Logging into a different account does not delete files. What happens if you search for these files by file name using Windows Explorer's search feature?
