Is there any way to publish to Flickr from Lightroom on the web?

I keep finding info about how to do this but it appears to correspond to old desktop versions. I'm currently only using the web and mobile versions of Lightroom because my laptop is too old to run the app. (FWIW I have a new Mac laptop on order, but they're backed up!) Is there any way to link up with Flickr? Under Connections, I see the right kind of thing but the only options are Adobe Portfolio, Blurb, SmugMug, and WHCC.
