Is there anyway to just export XMP?

Is there a way to just export the XMP? I use lightroom cc on a separate computer, and since my lightroom classic computer isn't putting the entire raw files on the cloud, the CC refuses to export raw + settings (xmp)

My current setup is this:

Main PC, with Lightroom Classic, syncing all of its images to Cloud to allow me to work while mobile between Lightroom Mobile and Lightroom "CC" on laptop. I work on this PC mostly as its the fastest.

On my laptop, m2 max, I have Lightroom CC, to be able to figure out which images I want to work on, and I want to copy the "edit" that the Main PC performed. This way i can use the ACR to open the raw, with the edited settings, and open it in Photoshop and edit away...

So I do the whole "export raw + settings" but sometimes that doesn't export the xmp. Honestly I just need it to export just the xmp, and I cannot figure out how to do it. So currently, I've been just painfully, just copying the preset/applying it, and verify all the numbers on the sliders are the same. 

Any help on how to work around this, to just get an xmp output, that would be great.
