It is confusing, but there were changes on 15/1/2025  to the subscription plans.

Prior to 15/1/2025 Lightroom-Classic  (the App you need to 'Print') was only available in the Photography Plans, not the Lightroom Plan.

So if you purchased the Lightroom Plan before 15/1/2025 you may not see Lightroom-Classic as available to you. Purchased Plan after 15/1/2025 then no problem- simply install Lightroom-Classic.

Regards. My System: Windows-11, Lightroom-Classic 15.1.1, Photoshop 27.3.1, ACR 18.1.1, Lightroom 9.0, Lr-iOS 10.4.0, Bridge 16.0.2 .

Based on the picture you showed, it looks like you’re using Lightroom. Because you said you wanted to print, you need the Print module, but that’s in Lightroom Classic.

To change over to Lightroom Classic:

1. Start the Creative Cloud desktop app.

2. In the Apps tab, look for Lightroom, click the ellipsis (…) button, and click Uninstall.

3. Now look for Lightroom Classic, and click Install.

After you install and start Lightroom Classic, you’ll see the Print module. If you already have a catalog, you can open it in the current version of Lightroom Classic.

The basic difference is:

  • Lightroom Classic is a more traditional application that stores originals on your computer, and can print.
  • Lightroom is a newer, cloud-based that stores originals on Adobe cloud servers, and can’t print because it’s designed much more for non-print uses such as sharing to social media and websites.

What is now Lightroom Classic was originally Lightroom versions 1 through 6. When Adobe wanted to come out with a cloud-based version, they rebranded this product line so the old Lightroom became Lightroom Classic.
