Issue exporting photos from certain album

I am facing an issue exporting jpgs from certain album. They are TIFS that I have created using PS started from LR. It takes ages to export and sometimes it creates superlarge files with long edge 27800 pix (my value for export is si 3000). I was able to export them in 1200pix (took ages).   It seems that there is something wrong with my cloud space - those photos are Previev locally and Original TIF in cloud storage. 

Can someone suggest what to do ?      Thank you in advance.
