Issue on Lightroom for Ipad

Hello 

 

I have an issue with my account 

 

i have a subscription for Lightroom for iPad (see attachement 1) but when i have problème with the cloud 

 

every time i go in the creative cloud they say my subscription have expired (see attachement 2)

 

 

and they say i have only 2giga instead of 100

 

now i can't add more photo and i can't delete also !

 

what should i do ?

Hey @lucas29803668mi6p. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll help you figure this out. I've checked your profile & you have two subscriptions. An active Lightroom subscription from the Apple Store & an inactive Photography Subscription from the Adobe Store.

 

  • For the Lightroom Mobile subscription, you should only be able to utilize the storage in Lightroom mobile app on iOS. Lightroom's cloud storage is located at Lightroom Web (https://lightroom.adobe.com) & Creative Cloud cloud storage is separated (https://assets.adobe.com).
  • The second Adobe-managed Photography plan (20 GB) is not fully active.
  • You only need the Photography plan to continue using Lightroom on the iPad & Desktop.

Hello

 

It means that I have to pay two subscriptions to be able to have Lightroom on the PC and the iPad, which is completely ridiculous!

 

I just want to put my photos on the PC and access them on my iPad

Do you have an alternative?

Yes - subscribe to the Desktop Plan as it contains the mobile plans already.

There is no need to carry a mobile subscription if you have a PC sub already.
