ISSUE RESOLVED Lightroom Classic - catalog

LR won't open my catalog, indicating that it is already open by another application, but nothing else is running. How can I open this catalog?

I should have read related posts before osting this. I deleted the .lock file and restarted LR and the catalog opened fine.
