Question

Issue when trying to connect my account on Lightroom Mobile

Since I changed my phone, I can't connect to Lightroom Mobile. When I select connect with Adobe ID, it opens an Error Window : "bad_request Request parameters failed to meet all constraints". I'm on the last version of Lightroom 11.5.31 and the last version of Android 16 (August 5 2026).

I can connect directly on Google, on account.adobe.com, but not on Lightroom Mobile. I already tried to uninstall the app.

If anyone has an idea…

Thanks by advance

I have the exact same issue with Google pixel 11 pro. Just changed phones and can't log in with Adobe.

Any solutions yet ?

Thank you

Hi @different_Sunrisea5fc,

Thanks for confirming that you don’t have a firewall or ad blocker enabled. When you choose Continue with Adobe, this appears to be occurring specifically during the in-app Adobe ID sign-in flow.

Since you’ve already reinstalled Lightroom, there’s no need to repeat that.

Could you please share:

  • The make and exact model of your new phone.

  • Whether Lightroom was installed fresh on the new phone or transferred/restored from your previous phone using a migration/backup tool.

  • A screenshot of the complete error page, if possible. Please hide your email address or any other personal/account information before posting it.

  • Whether the error appears immediately after selecting Continue with Adobe, or only after you enter your Adobe ID/password.

I’d also like you to try two targeted tests:

1. Make sure Google Chrome and Android System WebView are fully updated from the Play Store, restart the phone, and try Continue with Adobe again. Lightroom’s authentication flow relies on Android’s web/authentication components, so this comparison is useful on a newly configured device.

2. Try the same Adobe ID sign-in once using mobile data with Wi-Fi disabled or try with a different wifi. This isn’t because we think your network is necessarily the cause; it simply indicates whether the same authentication request fails regardless of the current network.

If you normally use Continue with Google for this same Adobe account, please also let us know whether that sign-in method works inside Lightroom Mobile. Don’t create a new Adobe account for this test.

Once we have the phone model, screenshot, and results of those comparisons, we can narrow this down further.

Hi @Anshul_Saini,

Thanks for your message !

  • My new phone is a Fairphone Gen.6 (the old one was a Fairphone 3+)
  • At the beginning Lightroom was restored from the previous phone. Then uninstalled / reinstalled
  • Screenshot of the exact error page attached.
  • Yes the error appears immediately after selecting “Connecting with Adobe” (other screenshot attached).

Chrome and WebView are fully updated. I tried anyway after a phone reboot, and that’s the same issue.

I already tried using mobile data (wifi disabled), and on different wifi, because I’ve been trying for 1 month, so I tried with my home place wifi, on different wifi at work, etc etc…

I tried “Continue with Google”, or “Connect with Facebook”, and the corresponding page works (but my adobe account isn’t linked with my google or facebook accounts. But the log-in page works in these cases !

I frequently need to use Lightroom Mobile for work, and this issue is pissing me off 😅

Thanks for your help !! 🙏🏻

Best,

BenJ

Do you have any firewalls/adblockers etc active on your network or device which may be blocking this? If yes the disable them and then try
