Issue with subscription on Mac

I purchased Lightroom using my Android mobile through the google store. I cannot access my subscription on Mac. It shows an error that the subscription needs to be renewed.

Although, I have full access on my phone 

Please help.

The mobile subscriptions are limited to mobile devices. You could cancel the mobile subscription and sign up for a proper subscription that will work on all devices.
