Issues after change of phone - desktop Lightroom app now syncing the photos on my phone

My phone was lost and I got a new phone. I have installed LightRoom app and also set to sync to LightRoom cloud drive my the photos do not appear on the Lightroom classic desktop app which is also set to sync. It is all the photos that I am taking on the new phone which are not syncing. Also I came across some webpage within the portal which shows it is linked to the old phone which was lost and does not show the new phone in the sync devices. 

Please can anyone help me resovle this issue.

Old phone was Samsung S21 and the new one is Samsung S22.

Hey @martinm10688807. Welcome to Lightroom Community. I'd love to help you figure this out.

What version of Lightroom are you working on? Do the images already synced to the cloud appear on the new device?

 

I'll share some directions to begin troubleshooting this.

  • Log on to Lightroom Web (https://lightroom.adobe.com) to check what images are synced to the cloud.
  • Ensure you're signed in to Lightroom Mobile, Web & Classic with the same email account.
  • Enable 'Use Mobile data' in Lightroom Mobile settings if you're not using Wifi.
