Issues Upgrading Storage

I recently upgraded my storage from 20gb to 1TB.  The $20 charge came out of my account but it is still showing that my plan is 20gb.  I have tried signing out and back in but nothing has worked.  It upgraded on my mobile lightroom but not on my computer.  Send help.

As my teammate said, no new 1TB storage plan shows for the account you used to post for help. 

 

Your issue can best be resolved by contacting Adobe Support at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/what-contact-options.html.  Scroll to the bottom and click on the “Start Now” live chat link in the lower right of this page. Typing “Agent” into the chat text field will bypass the initial chat bot.

Hi,

how exactly did you upgrade?
Are you sure that you are loggedin with the same account?
I can't find any 1TB connected to the account that you are writing from.

The 20GB plan which is still active came from the Adobe store so if you need to upgrade, please do it here - Change your Creative Cloud
