Issues with Exporting Photos

Question

Hello,

I have been trying to export photos, however, whenever I select them and go to click "Export" the loading button appears and then nothing happens. It's as if I didnt even export anything in the first place. This is only a recent issue as in the past I have been able to export photos. Thank you!

Hi @ChefT  Thanks for reaching out.Which version of Lightroom and macOS are you using? Are you working with specific file formats?Log on to Lightroom Web (https://lightroom.adobe.com) & check for all the images that have synced & uploaded to the cloud. If so, you can try resetting the preferences and reinstalling the application.You can try to reset the preferences of Lightroom using the steps mentioned here: https://adobe.ly/2JSym5e  Let us know how it goes.
