Issues with Lightroom Syncing

In Janurary I bought the Lightroom Mobile app, $50 for a year. Earlier this week, I deiced I'd rather do the Photoshop and Lightroom bundle. Now the issue I am noticing is that when I log into Lightroom Desktop, it's not the same photos as the Lightroom on my phone. How can I sync them? They are both using the same email. I'd prefer not to loose anything in the process if possible... and if they're the same "profile" I feel like that shouldn't matter.

I'm also on Windows - not a Mac. And my phone is an Android.
