issues with LR

Question

It seems that my Lightroom is not working correctly. I've been noticing syncing issues with photos for several weeks now. It looks like thousands of photos are stuck somewhere between the cloud and my PC, even though they should have been synced a long time ago. The system constantly crashes, and freezes during normal edits, and when I close the app, it doesn't save my work on even 10 or more photos back, so I have to redo everything all the time, which is incredibly time-consuming. I am really frustrated and don't know what to do. I’m paying for the larger package, please help me, photography is my livelihood, and I need things to work properly.

Hey, @veronika_husu. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll help you figure this out.

If you're certain some files are stuck in the Sync queue, we can figure that out using the Diagnostic report. Please go to Lightroom > Preferences > Account > press, hold the ALT/OPT key, and select Diagnostic Log.

Then, please share this diagnostic log with me via direct message on my profile.

You can also check Lightroom Web (https://adobe.ly/4eF2E7u) and look for the Deleted Section and the Sync issues tab (if they exist). Emptying both of these has helped in the past. Before emptying these tabs, ensure you have backups for the images.
