Issues with LR Premium Features

I have an active subscription for Lightroom Premium and get charged every month: however, when I am utilizing the app, I am unable to access the premium feature/ tools I am paying for.  I have already selected the "restore purchases" button in-app, but it say there are no purchases to restore. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
