Issues with the update

The only thing that works in the latest update is cropping 
Masking does NOT work at all
Presets do NOT work 
When go to the next image you need to restart LR but it does NOT work because you cannot close it. You need to use Task Manager. If you are lucky LR has crashed and you can try all over again but it you cannot because nothing there works. 
This has to be an Halloween joke. 
Please, how can I go back to the previous version?
