je suis abonné et j'utilise Lightroom depuis mai 2023. Il m'est maintenant impossible d'ouvrir l'ap

je suis abonné depuis mai 2023.. Lightroom fonctionnait bien, sur mon ordinatuer portable, mais depuis un mois, il est impossible d'ouvrir l'application. Que dois-je faire? (je précise que mes autres applications fonctionnent correctement)

Sorry to hear Lightroom’s giving you trouble — I totally get how frustrating that can be.

Could you tell me a bit more about what happens when you try to open it? For example, do you see anything on screen like the splash logo or an error message, or does it just stay completely unresponsive? Also, knowing which version of Lightroom you're using and what operating system you're on would really help.

One thing you could try right away is resetting Lightroom’s preferences to bring it back to its default settings. If the app won’t open at all, you’ll need to do it manually — Here's a guide on how to do that: https://adobe.ly/43OIe8U
