Jpg file exported from Lightroom is empty

Imported files from Canon R5 get exported after postproduction. I obtain then a Jpg file, but it is empty. I do not know what to do. Thanks

You probably want to list what exact version of Lightroom, what platform and version, how you are exporting (there are many different ways) and to where on your device/computer. Also what do you mean by "empty"?

Lightroom Classic Version 12.6.2.
File empty means that if you open the file, instead of the picture you have
a black screen.
I'm exporting using the export button on the left bottom side of the Lrc
library screen

12.6.2 does not exist yet as far as I know. Current version is 12.1

What platform and version? (Mac OS X version ..., Windows 11?)

What file viewer are you using?

Where are you exporting the image to on your hard drive?

What are the settings you use in your export? Easiest is to just post a screenshot.
