Kann ich Lightroom deinstallieren und neu an einem anderem Speicher Ort installieren ohne das die Fotos verlorengehen.

Thanks for reaching out. Yes, this is possible, but first, I need you to clarify which Lightroom app you’re referring to:

* Lightroom (cloud desktop app / Lr)

* Or Lightroom Classic (LrC)

The behavior is very different between the two:

Lightroom Desktop (cloud version)

* Your originals/edits are synced to Adobe Cloud

* Reinstalling the app generally does not remove your photos or edits once you sign back in

Lightroom Classic

* Uses a local catalog, previews, cache, and local photo storage

* Reinstalling alone does not move the catalog or photos automatically

* You would need to move/relink the catalog and folders afterward manually. Also, ensure you take a backup of those, just in case.

Also important, do NOT install Lightroom onto:

* External drives

* HDDs

* Network/online/cloud-mounted storage

* If you move it, use another INTERNAL SSD drive only, otherwise you may run into performance issues and permission problems
