Kauf kann nicht wiederhergestellt werden

Hallo zusammen, ich habe mir vor ein paar Wochen Lightroom Premium gekauft. Anfang dieser Woche ist leider man Handy kaputt gegangen. Jetzt habe ich ein neues und kann den Premium Kauf nicht wiederhergestellen. 

Lightroom zeigt mir die Nachricht an:

 

Kauf konnte nicht wiederhergestellt werden

 

Dein Konto hat keine vorherigen Käufe. Stelle sicher, dass du mit dem richtigen Google Play Store-Konto angemeldet bist.

 

Ich bin mit der gleichen Email bei Google Play angemeldet. 

 

Hat jemand eine Lösung für das Problem?

    I've checked the account you're signed into the community with, but I could not find an active subscription in your account. If you've been charged to your bank account, check this page for help with managing your subscription: https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-cc/kb/manage-subscription-android.html

     

    If you have any other email accounts you might've used in the past, you can direct message me those accounts & we'll help you find the subscription & restore your purchase.
