Keeps asking me to renew

Dear Adobe,

I have just purchased adobe light room, and evrywhere on the app says i need to renew. So i do and then nothing happens. Please could you help with this?

This is a user-to-user forum, not Adobe.

Did you use the same email address for login to LR as you used for the Adobe subscription?

If you login to your Adobe account, do you see your subscription as active?
