Keeps closing on me

No idea why, but say i adjust contast and then try to adjust a colour. LG Cloud just keeps closing. Theres no set thing that does it though so hard to reproduce. Not sure what extra info you will need for this bug so waiting for a reply to see.

Hey, @MontyWales. I'll need more info to help you figure this out. What version of Lightroom & the operating system are you working on?

Is there a crash report when Lightroom crashes? Please submit the crash reports to us: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/submit-crash-reports.html

 

Record your screen & upload it to Creative Cloud files (https://assets.adobe.com/files) and share the video with us.

Besides the Lightroom crash, check the Activity monitor to know if the RAM usage peak, abnormal temps, CPU usage, and unexpected read/write operations.

 

Go to Lightroom > Preferences > Performance > Use Graphics Processor > Set it off if it is on Custom or Auto. If this shows you any differences, please check this article to troubleshoot further: https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-classic/kb/troubleshoot-gpu.html

Windows 11Pro,  32 gig RAM, 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-12700KF 3.60 GHz NVidia 3070TI GFX card  and the latest version of LR. Where would the crash report be ?
