Keyboard Shortcuts

Hello all

In lightroom, the keyboard shortcuts in which the Ctrl key is used do not work for me. for example Ctrl + A Ctrl + Z etc. Everything works fine in photoshop. Someone can help me, I have not found any solution to this problem anywhere .. Please help.
