Keywords are still not properly sorting photos in galleries on Lightroom

We have been tagging our galleries with keywords for years. Hours of work doing this. Now, it will not properly allow us to search for the photos by the keywords we set. We use this in a browser. We have tried reverting back to version 7 of lightroom. We have tried different browsers. We need a fix to be able to accurately sort the photos by the keywords search we created.

The “known issue” fix from June was not helpful to our problem.

Can you please clarify. What do you mean by “galleries”? Do you mean Albums, or something else? What app do you use to enter the keywords, and what app are you using to filter the “galleries”? You mention Lightroom 7, where does that fit into the workflow? You also mention doing something in a browser, so I assume you mean the Lightroom Web app? Last time I checked, the LrWeb app only exposes a max of 100 keywords so that might be a factor.
