Landscape Discover Photos

When you are looking at a Discover landscape photos and turn your phone (tablet) sidewase into landscape, half the screen is taken up by the Edits panel.

Only way to see the photo full screen is to go into Edit Mode. 

Does anyone else find this really annoying?

What version of Lightroom & the operating system are you working on? Record your screen & send us the recording of this behavior.

 

If the Edit Panel appears intrusive, we can work on this further, but we need specific examples. Thanks!

Hope this helps clarify things a bit.
Is this what you meant by Work flow?
 
1 Select Discover
2 Open a landscape  photo
3 Rotate phone into landscape orientation
Large part of screen taken up by Edits that cannot be minimised.

Device -
Samsung S20 FE mobile phone
Android 13
Lightroom 8.2.1

Also happens with -
Lenovo Tab 11 Pro
Android 11
Lightroom 8.2.1
