Latest Lightroom Cc failing badly

Since the latest update, I have re-installed 3 times, imported my images, had a week or so of usual working, then most of my images turn to grey blocks, and I can find no way of getting them back. I'm getting frustrated with this. Is it some new cloud setting or does anyone know how to stop it?

    Hi PicSix,

    Sorry that your images are turning into gray blocks unexpectedly in Lightroom CC.

    Which exact version of the application are you using? I'd recommend that you sign out of the app and sign back in to refresh the cache. Also, restart your computer if you haven't done already.
