Le mie raccolte si sono svuotate!

Question

Ciao, da anni uso Lightroom mobile su iPad, ho il mio catalogo con le raccolte, ho installato Lightroom classic sul Mac, si sono sincronizzate tutte le foto, ma le raccolte si sono svuotate, sia su classic che su mobile.
come faccio a ripristinare le raccolte almeno su uno dei dei Lightroom?

Lightroom iPad & Lightroom Classic sync to the cloud via Lightroom Web (https://adobe.ly/4g2TWUV). Verify if the same structure is available in Lightroom Web.

Did you import these same images to Lightroom iPad and Lightroom Classic before enabling sync? Although it isn't directly possible for Lightroom to override the last state as it exists on the Lightroom web. Lightroom desktop and iPad use Albums instead of the Collections terminology from Lightroom Classic. It is highly likely that something, or some step in your workflow, might have caused this, but we'll need to know more.
