Hey, @Chatragadda Teja. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll need more information to help you figure this out.

What troubleshooting steps have you tried already? Please share more details about your workflow and the system info from Lightroom. Go to Help > System info, copy and paste it into a text document, then upload and attach it here along with a few screenshots or a short video. Right now, the information I have is too limited to help you.

Thanks!

Hi @46931482, welcome to the community!
Could you share a few more details about the issue? Does it happen with every photo? Are you on Windows or Mac? If possible, a screenshot showing what happens when you try to use Lens Blur with all Lightroom panels visible would be super helpful.
It would also help to see your System Info. You can find it in Lightroom under Help > System Info. Just copy the info into a text file and attach it to your response, or share it via Google Drive, WeTransfer, or any file-sharing platform you prefer.
Thanks so much!
Alek

hi @Aleke , sadly yes it happened with all the pictures, i'm windows user, as @GoldingD sayid i was using the Lr version instead of LrC but is the same, the difference is that in Lr the checkbox is selected and nothing change but in LrC an error is display. I already try with *.neff and *.jpg pictures, i took some pics with F1.8 and F10 of persosns and objects but is the same in both softwares.

Thank you very much in advance!!

Thanks for sharing this. I'll help you figure this out. In Lightroom's preferences, set the Graphics Performance to Power Saving

As a good starting point, use AMD's auto-detect program to update the GPU Drivers on your machine, follow from step 3: https://adobe.ly/4jQimkB

After updating the GPU drivers, try the steps below and check the results. The GPU info & Logs location on Windows is %APPDATA%\Adobe\CameraRaw. A shortcut to get to this folder on Windows is:

  • Press the Windows + R
  • Enter %APPDATA%\Adobe\CameraRaw

  • Rename the GPU & Logs folder in this directory by adding .old at the end. (GPU.old & Logs.old)
  • Launch Lightroom again.

Let me know how it goes. Thanks!

I suspect, that you are using Lightroom Desktop (Lr), not Lightroom Classic (LrC), and that your post should have been placed at:

Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based) Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

A moderator or Admin will probably notice this and move your posting.
